Toplist MOD for phpBB3: Comments beta

A few minutes ago I posted a new beta of the Toplist MOD for phpBB3. It includes working comments, and several small fixes that needed to be addressed. The comments include add, delete and a flood limit (the boards default flood limit). Feel free to test it as you please but don't use it in a production environment yet!
